Event Description: Celebrate our artisan partners and friends around the world! Bring your friends in during Festive Friendship Days and enjoy exponential savings. Bring one friend and you both save 5%, two friends and all save 10%, three friends and all save 15%, or four friends and all save 20%! Join us for the kickoff on Friday, September 18th, for snacks, crafts, games and prizes. Make a recycled newspaper flower pin to give a friend, learn how to make a friendship bracelet, or use our coloring pages to draw your best friend while enjoying drinks and snacks. We will have a scavenger hunt with prizes for those who correctly complete it! Supplies limited. Ten Thousand Villages provides vital, fair income to Third World people by marketing their handicrafts and telling their stories in North America. Ten Thousand Villages works with artisans who would otherwise be unemployed or underemployed. This income helps pay for food, education, health care and housing. Ten Thousand Villages is a nonprofit program of Mennonite Central Committee.
