Event Description: The Play at the Park – Family Fun Festival provides an opportunity for families to come and enjoy the park and festivities with no admission fee. This year’s entertainment and activities include Wild Life Wonders Petting Zoo, Tree Climbing, Doodle the Clown, Face painting, Moonwalks, Magic Shows, Carnival area, Shopping Zone, and back this year is “Wayne’s Train” (The Dahlonega) and Dan Yackel’s antique tractor and wagon “Hay Rides.” A variety of entertainment will be performed on stage throughout the day. Great food vendors round out the festivities. This is a community festival made possible by local organizations and businesses that provide activities for the children throughout the festival.


Directions:
Take 400 to Exit 17, go west on Hwy 306 (Keith Bridge Rd.) Central Park will be the first left. Festival in on the Soccer fields.
