It's back and better than ever! Please join us as Northside Hospital - Forsyth presents the 22nd Annual Chamber Membership Golf Challenge being held at Windermere Golf Club.

You may enter your own team or you will be paired with single registrations to make a foursome. There is a USGA maximum handicap of 25 allowed. Without a USGA handicap the maximum is 18. Your entry fee will include Green Fees, Cart Rental, Lunch, Beverages, Arrival Gift & Awards Reception so register today!
