Event Description: Dekalb Office will be hosting a Health Fair on May 21, 2009 from 2 to 5. The purpose of the Health Fair is to educate our employees on a healthier lifestyle as well as screen for common treatable health conditions. Private areas will be set up to test for: Glucose, Cholesterol, and Blood Pressure Testing Osteoporosis Screening Hearing Test Derma Scan Screening Prostate Testing In addition educational “booths” will be set up to include: Nutrition Healthy Back Children’s Health There will also be a massage therapist as well as a Blood Mobile. In planning for this Health Fair we would also like to make this available to other businesses in this area. This could be a way for them to be able to offer this to their employees without having all the expense or concern of space. With a fraction of what it would cost them on their own they would be able to take advantage of this opportunity. For additional information please contact Jessie Hill at 770-360-0210.
