Event Description: JOHNS CREEK, GA – Emory Johns Creek Hospital offers monthly CPR classes to the community, as part of its commitment to being a part of the state’s first ever Heart Ready City. Classes are held on the first Saturday and fourth Tuesday of each month, and include instruction on adult, child and infant CPR. The American Heart Association HeartSaver® classes are taught by certified instructors and include CPR, Rescue Breathing and Choking Rescue Skills for people of all ages. The course lasts about two hours and class size is limited so students get very personalized attention. Certificates earned from successful completion of the class are valid for two years. The cost for the class if $50, and preregistration is required. Because class size is limited, early registration is encouraged. To register, call 678.474.8200.
