Event Description: Gainesville, GA - Cedar Hill Enrichment Center, a center of spirituality, ecology and Earth education, has announced the 2009 Healthy Living Series for upcoming programs. The series is designed to address the needs of the community whether it’s spiritual, financial or health inspired in nature. These workshops will bring enrichment to participants in their every day life. Fresh Bread Baking & Sprouting: Want to learn how to bake healthy bread? Have you always wanted to learn about sprouts, but were afraid to give it a try? You’ll learn how to make cardiac friendly bread (no oil, no dairy) and the many benefits and varieties of fresh or dried sprouts. Saturday, February 21 from 10am-12:30pm. Cedar Hill Enrichment Center is a 501-c-3 nonprofit organization and is not financially supported by any church organization or religious congregation. We depend on workshop/retreat fees and donations to maintain staff, buildings and grounds. All donations are tax deductible. Please contact Kat Stratton for complete workshop details and fees.
