The 2014 HR Academy

The Cumming-Forsyth County Chamber of Commerce's Human Resource Council is pleased to present the 2014 HR Academy.

The HR Academy is a series of seminars that are designed to provide HR professionals with knowledge about the most prominent topics that impact their industry.

In this age of electronic communication, social media has added another dimension to the array of issues employers must address in order to maintain the integrity of the workplace. The courts are faced with numerous lawsuits arising out of employee discipline for online conduct. This presentation will provide practical instruction on how to properly manage and create social media and electronic communication policies.
