Event Description: For the last thirty years, Jack Smalley has devoted his career to the field of leadership and human resources. His experience includes executive-level management in a number of different industries such as oil, chemical, and packaging. Jack serves as Director of HR Learning and Development for Express Employment Professionals. He provides leadership, human resource training and consulting for nearly 700 Express offices and their clients in the U.S. and Canada. Jack is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and holds the designation of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Jack will be speaking on How Leaders Become Superheroes (But Without the Capes) where he will identify five strategies that propel leaders to the Superhero status. During this interactive session we will: • Discuss disciplines that strengthen strategic leadership credibility • Identify the qualities we all look for and admire in leaders • List the five characteristics of today’s most admired leaders • Follow the blueprint of how Superheroes transition strategic vision into reality There will be no charge to attend this event; however, our company partners with the North Fulton Community Charities and would kindly accept used coats and/or monetary donations for us to help those who are less fortunate. **PLEASE MAKE SURE TO PRE-REGISTER TO ENSURE YOU RESERVE A SPOT!"
