Negotiation Boot Camp

This seminar is designed to help novice negotiators and experts alike negotiate more effectively in business and at home!

During this presentation we will cover: the fundamentals of effective negotiationg, strategies designed to better maximize achieving your goals, and common pitfalls to avoid in negotiations. After attending this seminar you will armed with all of the necessary tools to negotiate like a pro!

Speaker:

Mr. McDonough’s general civil practice involves corporate law, business litigation, domestic law, real estate law, and personal injury matters. Born in Queens, New York, Mr. McDonough attended Auburn University and earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree, cum laude. Following college, Mr. McDonough attended and graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he had the distinction of serving as the president of the law school student body, the Student Bar Association.

In addition to legal practice, Mr. McDonough is actively engaged in Forsyth County civic life. Mr. McDonough has served on the following Boards: The Forsyth County Board of Ethics (Vice-Chairman), The Forsyth County United Way (Vice-President of Community Investment), and The Rotary Club of South Forsyth (President).
