WHERE : POLO FIELDS GOLF CLUB CUMMING GEORGIA 30004
DETAILS : $495.00 PER FOURSOME, SCRAMBLE FORMAT , PRIZES FOR 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams, hole in one prizes and raffles.
SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE : 1/2 price sponsorships available to those register foursomes.

Directions:
Travel on GA 400 to Exit #13. Go west on Highway 141 to the intersection with Highway 9. Go straight through the intersection (Road will change in Bethelview) for approximately 2.4 miles. Entrance to Polo Golf & Country Club will be on your left. Make that left onto Polo Fields Parkway. Follow to Polo Drive and make a left. Follow Polo Drive for one (1) mile (road will curve considerably). Take a left onto Polo Club Drive and the Clubhouse will be on your left.
