Event Description: This full day seminar covers all of the basic principles and techniques for communicating successfully through writing and in presentation. Writing skills covered include: how to write professionally, use of correct syntax and eliminating redundancies, how to gain and hold the reader’s attention, as well as the importance of good workplace writing and email etiquette. Presentation skills covered include: speaking in large or small groups, formal vs. informal speaking, and hearing and listening.
