Event Description: Designed for managers, supervisors, and employees who are experiencing change and need opportunities to understand and communicate during these changing times. By understanding the six stages of the Change Cycle, you will gain insight, knowledge and practical skills to learn how to pinpoint and manage employees through each stage. Through facilitated exercises, you will identify change issues and strategies for solution finding using The Change Cycle as a road map.
