Event Description:

The Cumming-Forsyth County Chamber of Commerce is pleased to invite your company to participate in our organization’s 1st Annual Directory for Real Estate Professionals.

Purpose of the Directory

The Directory will showcase our community’s:

• Real estate agents
• Brokers
• Closing Attorneys
• Appraisers/ Inspectors
• Financial Lenders
• Developers

Target Markets
The directory will be distributed to:

• Economic development prospects
• Businesses that are moving into our community
• Businesses that are expanding within our community
• Any individual who is in search of local contacts for residential or commercial real estate transactions

Sponsorships

We are pleased to offer several ways for you to participate in the Directory:

• Listing Sponsor ($60): Listing sponsors will have their company's name, contact person, phone number, and email listed in the directory
• Ad Sponsor ($160): Ad sponsors will receive the benefits of a listing sponsor, and a full page color advertisement within the directory.
• Ad sponsor using Chamber's graphic designer ($385): This sponsorship is for companies that are in need of assistance creating an ad for the directory. The cost of this sponsorship includes a $160 listing fee, and a flat graphic design rate of $225.
• Title Sponsor ($1,000): The title sponsor will receive the benefits of an add sponsor, and their corporate logo featured on front page of the direcory.

Please note that participation in the directory will take place on a first-come-first-served basis.

Advertising
The dimensions of the Directory are 6” x 9”. All ads will be full-page color advertisements with the dimensions of 5 ½” x 8 ½”. All ads must be submitted to rtoussaint@cummingforsythchamber.org in the form of a 300dpi jpeg, pdf, or eps file.


Important Dates

Last day to sign up to participate in the directory: September 11, 2012

Last day to submit advertisement images: September 8, 2012

Publication goes to print: September15, 2012

Online version of the directory goes live: September 22, 2012
