Event Description: You and your family are invited to join us for the Child Identification Program. Chase will provide free child identification kits that include all the tools parents and legal guardians need to preserve a complete record of their child. The kit includes a photo of the child, fingerprints, a physical description of the child and a DNA sample. If a child becomes missing the critical information in the Child identification Kit would be available for use by law enforcement agencies. Chase staff, with the assistance of the Forsyth County Sherriff's Office will take photographs of the children and assist with fingerprinting. Come join us for refeshments and entertainment for the kids, including a visit from the Forsyth County Fire Department.
