This year’s expo will be different then any other expo in Forsyth County and will be first time featuring a new style booth, no more 6 foot table side by side. This year we will offer exhibit booths for all venders. Each booth will be 8 feet wide by 8 feet deep. Each space will come with 2 tables to show case your products. The booths will have a power coated black metal with opaque white panels.
2011 Small Business Expo Booth Pricing:
Early Bird Price until July 29th: $600.00
*If you are a member of the Cumming-Forsyth County Chamber of Commerce you will receive $100.00 discount on your booth.*
Price from July 30th to August 24th: $700.00
*If you are a member of the Cumming-Forsyth County Chamber of Commerce you will receive $100.00 discount on your booth.*
Price for Non-Profit Organizations: $350.00
*You must be a member of the Cumming Forsyth County Chamber of Commerce to receive the non-profit price*
Power is not at every booth if you need power it will be a $50 fee. Please check the power box on the registration form.
Booth Details:
- Each booth is 8 feet wide x 8 feet deep
- The rear wall is 8 feet tall
- The dimensions of the tables are 6 feet 6 inches wide x 18 inches deep
- The two tables support 150 pounds each
- Each table is 30 inches high
- The side walls are 42 inches high
- Each booth will have a trash can that is included in your rental fee
- Vendors can velcro photos to the rear wall
- Each booth rental allows admission of two attendees at no charge. (Additional exhibitor tickets are available at $10 each)
- Vendors can NOT drill holes in their booths
- Vendors do not own the booths once they pay their fee
