Event Description: SGFC invites all those interested in joining a group that promotes smart, responsible, well-planned and balanced growth in Forsyth County to our May meeting. Smart Growth meets at the Chamber of Commerce Event Facility located at 513 West Maple Street in Cumming. Our meeting begins promptly at 715pm. Agenda items include a discussion of the proposed Overlay language change to the Unified Development Code.
