Medical Association of Georgia (MAG)

In early 2010, Congress passed sweeping health care legislation which led to the creation of the “Affordable Care Act” (ACT). It is believed that ACT will have a potentially dramatic impact on millions of patients and physicians in the U.S. Hear from Donald J. Palmisano Jr., the new Executive Director of MAG, regarding what matters most to physicians and how the new law will affect patients and physicians in 2011 and beyond.

 

Mr. Palmisano provided representation to individual physicians as a private practicing attorney from 1999 to 2005. He worked at the Medical Association of Georgia for five years and is a graduate of the Loyola School of Law in New Orleans .
