Event Description: We Need Your Help to Save Lives in Georgia Hospitals! There’s No “Better Time” to FALL into Lifesaving Action! Spring is here, and there’s no better way to kick-start your spring renewal than to help someone else! Giving blood is the perfect opportunity to Spring into Lifesaving Action! A little of your time as a blood donor offers someone in your community a lifetime of tomorrows! All donors will receive a LifeSouth recognition item, a complimentary cholesterol screening and blood typing, and 12 months coverage in the LifeSouth Blood Donor Benefit Program. Spring is the perfect time to do a great thing! So, Spring into Lifesaving Action and donate blood &/or recruit others to donate blood in the Buford area. Donors must be at least 17 years old (16 years old with a signed LifeSouth parent permission form), weigh 110 pounds or more, and show a photo I.D. at the time of donation.
