Event Description: The VFW Vet Fest – The Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 9143 invites YOU to this music festival to offer "A handshake.....a welcome home" to honor our active military and veterans, at the Cumming Fairgrounds Arena. Sunday October 31st, gates open at 4:00. Come early, come late - come back - or stay for the whole show! Too much fun to miss! Buy tickets online $10 at www.vfwfestival.com . KIDS 12 and Under FREE. You can donate or buy a ticket for a veteran online, too. Jerry Glanville's N. GA. All Stars offer a variety of music talent - The Internationals, Marty Manous Band with Spencer Durham, Uncle Don’s Bullet-Proof Blues Band, George Price Band and Pappy Hinds Band! Radio Personality Rhubarb Jones will MC. It is a Halloween alternative for teens and young adults (and the young at heart). There will be fun outside the arena including a kids area (yes, there will be some Halloween adventures), a Cruise-In Show Car area and "Patriot's Corner". Sit and relax at the Coffee Shop or stroll through the community midway. The VFW’s mission is to support programs that improve the lives of veterans and service personnel, their families and communities

Go North from Atlanta on GA 400 to exit 15 turn right and go into downtown Cumming. Turn Right at the light for Castleberry Rd, parking is on the left, the fairgrounds on the right.
