Event Description: The tension in the neck and shoulders are but a symptom of what is happening in the base of your spine. As the tensions in the spine begin to unravel, the neck and shoulder area will begin to release. You will experience the changes throughout your body and gain an understanding of the relationship of your upper body to your lower body. All levels welcome. Ellen Sichel RYT500 leads.


Directions:
Northside Hospital Forsyth is located at 1200 Northside Forsyth Drive in Cumming, GA 30041. The Neck and Shoulders Workshop will be held in Building 1400, Classroom A or B.
