The seminar will cover the proposed legislative changes, including the Protecting America’s Workers Act; the Civil Rights Act of 2008; the Employee Free Choice Act; the Patriot Employer Act; the Re-Employment of Skilled and Professional Employees and Construction Trades-Workers Act; the American with Disabilities Restoration Act; Ledbetter Fair Pay Act; the Employment Non– Discrimination Act; and the Working Families Flexibility Act.

The seminar will also cover recently enacted legislation including, the Genetic Information Non– Discrimination Act and the Business Security and Employee Privacy Act. The Seminar will be presented by Tracy Moon, a partner with Fisher & Phillips LLP, a national law firm.
