Steve Bloom will be the presenter of this class. He has had a challenging and rewarding career as an entrepreneur. He has started several business ventures in mortgage banking, real estate development and management, importing, sign manufacturing and business consulting. He currently is managing partner of an apartment complex in Newark , NJ .

He has also invested in several start-ups that provided opportunities in technology transfer, music video and merchant banking. Bloom has also been retained by owners to assist in “turning around” a factoring company and distressed real estate properties.

Steve is an instructor in small business finance and business planning at Emory University ’s Center for Life Long Learning. He is a frequent contributor to numerous media outlets and has been quoted in MSNBC.com, Entrepreneur.com, blogs.Reuters.com, Main Street.com, National Public Radio and writes weekly on www.askanexpert.score.org/
