My bills rarely arrived with the pricing that he quoted me when I signed up, and I received incorrect information regarding my accounts until I reached out to State Farm Corporate.

I am so sorry to hear about your unfortunate experience. We really appreciate your feedback and hope you give us a chance to make it right! I would like to take this chance to comment on your points...
1. Our Senior Sales Rep has quality experience and receives numerous compliments for the service he provides to our clients.
2. We never signed you up as you transferred your policies to us from another State Farm Agent where the problem initially occurred and we were simply doing our best to clean it up.
3. Our office has a very effective way of reaching out to our clients about past due payments, but at the end of the day, it is truly your responsibility to manage your policies and make sure you are making payments on time to avoid cancellations.
Again, I am truly sorry for what you experienced, but I would kindly ask for you to remove your negative review, as it does not accurately reflect anything that my agency particularly did.

I moved from Pennsylvania to Georgia last year and needed a new agent. Since I was already a State Farm customer I narrowed my search to just those agents and found Clint Smith's office nearby. I am so glad I did because Clint and his team were helpful in getting me transitioned and set up on my new policy. Since that time I had to file 2 auto claims - and I hate paperwork. Between the State Farm online toolset, the Estimator app and Clint's team, the process was easy, fast and completely painless which I appreciated. Clint and his team are never more than a phone call or an email away, and they let you know that you a priority with every interaction.

Extremely knowledgable staff and a very professional atmosphere... I would highly recommend this agency! I was involved in a fender bender and called to report the accident and Clint arrived to the scene of the accident within 10 minutes to make sure everyone was alright.
