Event Description: Charity Golf Tournament for Children's Healthcare and Other Optimist Programs Friday, April 28th, 2017 12:00 Registration • 1:30 PM Shotgun Start Cookout and awards to follow. Silent auction going on all day long. Raffles will be drawn and available for pickup after the tournament. Format and Activities • 4 person scramble • Hole-in-One sponsored by AVX. Chance to win a home theater system • Super Tickets will be available to include mulligans, raffle tickets, $10 Golfsmith gift card, certificate for a golf club, longest drive, closest to the pin, putting contest, shootout drawing chance for $50,000,chance for a 3 day mini vacation • 1st and 2nd place teams will be awarded All entries will include green fees, cart, range balls, box lunch and cookout to follow. Registration fee & entry forms must be turned in by April 24th (First come – first serve) 10% discount if fees paid by April 14th. All proceeds will be donated to Sawnee-Cumming Optimist Club and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta for the fight against Children’s Cancer. In case of cancellation, fees will be considered a donation to the Sawnee-Cumming
